Do you want help creating a Birth Vision plan? Together we can access your priorities and options, and make an informed decision about how you want your birth story to go. I will offer resources and informational support to assist you.
Do you want to have a supported and powerful birth journey? I want to be a support beam for you and your partner as you journey into parenthood. Unlimited communication will provide you with informational and emotional support.

Birth Vision
PRENATAL SUPPORT INCLUDES:
- 2 prenatal visits to create and establish priorities and birth vision plan
- Provide childbirth education
- Provide nonjudgmental care and support
- Provide email, phone check-in, and home visits
- Provide continuous physical, emotional, ad mental support to mother and partner
- Provide nutritional support and education
- Provide a big picture perspective of what is going on in your lives
- Encourage good communication with providers
- 24/7 on-call support available 2 weeks before due date up through 2 weeks postpartum
- Provide back up structure if Doula is unable to attend birth due to illness or emergency
- Offers payment plan with flexibility
Labor & Delivery
LABOR & DELIVERY SUPPORT INCLUDES:
- Early Labor Support
- Support client with a huge range of coping strategies and labor tricks
- Offer constant care, attention, and support to mother and partner
- Offer massage, breathwork, use of a birth ball, mobility and position changes to maximize comfort and ease for birth
- Offer every effort to maintain a calm birth experience, using relaxation and focus meditations, verbal encouragement, and aromatherapy for a pleasant birth room atmosphere
- Support mother and partner with hospital transition
- Support mother and partner with the transition into parenthood
- Offer informational support and clarification of medical terminology and procedure
- Support for all births including birth centers, hospitals, or home

Postpartum & Resources
POSTPARTUM CARE AND RESOURCE INFORMATION INCLUDES:
- 2 Postpartum follow up visits (24 hours after birth, and during 2-6 weeks after birth)
- Offer immediate Postpartum support including encouragement for infant bonding, and establishment of breastfeeding
- Offer support for a family environment and transition into parenthood
- Offer at home breastfeeding support assessment and referral as needed
- Offer informational and emotional support for unexpected outcomes
- Offer newborn care education
- Assess when additional help is needed and offer referrals for therapy, PP Doula support, cleaning services, etc.
