“There’s a secret in our culture, and it's not that birth is painful. It's that women are strong.”

Heart & Passion
I am passionate about Self Advocacy, Speaking Positively to your body, trusting yourself, and your body. I am here to help you find your voice through this journey and help create a supportive community for you and your partner.
I am passionate about birth, and birth is about more than a baby. During the course of your pregnancy, you are not only cultivating a life within you, but you are also becoming a mother.
The birth of a mother is as important as the birth of the child. It is one of the most vulnerable moments of your life. This is your birth story, and every choice belongs to you. You are not alone, and your voice matters. I am passionate about bringing you resources and information to support your journey into becoming a mother.
I am also here to offer nonjudgmental support to your partner so they can be as deeply involved in this process with you. This is your story. Let me help you write it.

This is your birth story. What hopes and visions do you have for your birth? Together we can establish a plan.
Do you want to have a supported, empowered birth but don't know where to start?
Want to understand your options and rights as a parent or partner? I have compiled a list of resources for you.

About Me
Starting at a very young age I was very drawn to mothers and children. The journey of birth intrigued me and I loved to help carry the weight of motherhood. I was married at the age of 19 and we soon became pregnant with our first baby girl. Through my pregnancy and delivery, I came to trust myself and my body in a way I’ve never experienced. I was blown away with the beauty of the woman’s body and what it can do. I needed to do something with this passion and love. After talking with my midwife, I realized Doula work was the perfect fit for me. I want to support and love women through their birth journeys. Birth is the hardest but most vulnerable and powerful moment of life, whether it is your first or tenth time.
